Minimal Curtain Strip

Location: Ghana

Design Category: Modern Minimalist

This project was done in collaboration with one of our talented interior designer clients in Ghana — a designer with a refined eye for balance and simplicity. She envisioned curtains that echoed her brand’s minimalist aesthetic while bringing a sense of quiet sophistication to her client’s home.

The living area features ringed ripple-fold curtains in a rich textured white fabric, paired with delicate sheers to soften the light. Designed with a concealed pelmet that hides the rings, the curtains fall seamlessly from ceiling to floor, creating a clean architectural line. The soft drapery complements the chandelier’s glow and the overall modern palette, resulting in an airy yet luxurious finish.

Master Bedroom

In the master bedroom, the same design concept continues ,but with a slightly beige tone of the same fabric texture. This gentle tonal shift adds warmth and intimacy to the room while maintaining harmony with the rest of the home. The soft beige drapes frame the sheers gracefully, allowing filtered light to create a soothing, restful ambiance.

Both spaces capture the essence of Modern Minimalism ,understated, cohesive, and beautifully intentional.

Refined Tradition – Euro Pinch Pleat Elegance

Location: South  Africa

Design Category:  Refined Tradition – Euro Pinch Pleat 

This curtain design embodies timeless sophistication through a perfect balance of texture, structure, and warmth. Crafted in a Euro pinch pleat style, each fold falls in a clean, deliberate rhythm — a hallmark of refined craftsmanship.

The sheer fabric features a bouclé-inspired weave.

 Interlaced with multi-tonal threads that create a beautifully tactile surface. Its subtle texture captures the essence of artisanal weaving, adding depth and character to the design. Complementing it, the main fabric  a solid, smooth beige textile  introduces a calm visual foundation, allowing the textured bouclé to stand out while maintaining a cohesive traditional aesthetic.

Together, these fabrics form a harmonious dialogue of texture and tone .

 The bouclé offering richness and warmth, while the smooth beige anchors the design in simplicity and elegance. The result is a curtain that feels organic, sculptural, and deeply comforting, evoking the spirit of traditional interiors reimagined with modern restraint.

Every element  from the soft fullness of the pleats to the way the light diffuses across the woven surface ,reflects intentional craftsmanship and enduring style.

This project will always hold a special place in my heart.

My client had a love for gold , her interiors were filled with pieces that felt royal, warm, and timeless. I wanted to create something that reflected her personality: luxurious, classic, and Morden .

Design Category: modern classic luxury

We paired a patterned gold fabric with soft grey drapery, allowing both tones to complement each other beautifully. The grey adds calm and balance, while the gold introduces warmth and a hint of regal charm. The drapery was tailored in structured box pleats, creating fullness and shape from ceiling to floor.

One of my favorite details in this design is the gold side hook , a subtle yet defining touch. It draws the gold fabric into a gentle curve, creating a beautiful drape that flows over the softer grey base. This curve gives the curtains form, rhythm, and movement  almost like the fabric is elegantly exhaling into the space.The result embodies modern classic luxury  a design that speaks of quiet opulence and thoughtful detail. It’s not just a window treatment,it’s a statement of artistry and intention.

Home Office Curtain Project

Location: GHANA 

Design Category: Modern Minimal Luxe

This project was designed for a client who wanted her home office to feel serene, elegant, and feminine  a space that invites clarity and focus while still reflecting comfort and grace. She didn’t want blinds or something too corporate, she wanted drapery that felt warm, soft, and beautifully refined.

We selected a neutral pleated fabric with a delicate sheen that catches the light just enough to soften the room’s tone. Behind it, sheer panels allow gentle daylight to filter through, creating an atmosphere that feels peaceful yet productive. To complete the design, we added discreet side tie-backs, giving the curtains a subtle curve that frames the window with quiet sophistication.

Every fold and finish was tailored to perfection, aligning with the natural tones of the wood paneling and modern lighting. This design falls under the Modern Minimal Luxe category — where simplicity meets sophistication, and every detail serves both purpose .

This living room was one of my most rewarding transformations. The home’s tall architectural windows were stunning, but they felt incomplete — too open, too flat. My goal was to soften the structure while preserving its architectural beauty, creating balance through layers of drapery and texture.

After — Automated two-tone box pleat curtains in light beige and charcoal grey

Now frame the space with softness and symmetry, enhancing the architecture’s vertical lines while grounding the living room in warmth and elegance.The final composition balances modern minimalism with quiet luxury. The drapery falls effortlessly from ceiling to floor — no tie-backs, no clutter — just timeless flow.

This project falls under the Contemporary Luxe category — where architectural drama meets refined simplicity.

Design Notes

We used an automated track system for convenience and precision, ensuring the curtains glide seamlessly. The two-tone combination was selected to complement the neutral interior while adding depth to the space.

Jacquline Pinch Pleated Curtains With Roman BlindsDesign Category : Contemporary Luxe Living 

Location : South Africa

This space showcases the introduction of our Roman blinds collection, layered with our signature Jacqueline fabric pinch pleat curtainsThis curtain installation was intentionally designed to make the window the focal point of the room ,a refined balance of structure, texture, and softness. The full-length pinch pleated drapery was created using the Jacqueline fabric, known for its luxurious weight and rich, tactile surface. The tight, tailored folds add architectural rhythm and presence, allowing the curtains to frame the space with quiet sophistication.

The Roman blind was crafted from a high-quality velvet fabric in a soft grey tone with a beautiful subtle sheen, bringing depth and understated glamour to the room. To create harmony, the textured patterned fabric featured on the blind was echoed as detailing along the curtain edges , a thoughtful integration that ties both elements together seamlessly.

For layering, a light sheer fabric was introduced in a minimal fullness. softening the overall look without competing with the richness of the drapery and blind. Its purpose was to add airiness and an additional layer of visual softness, enhancing the depth of the design while maintaining a clean, contemporary appeal.

Botanical Tie-Back Detail Every detail tells a story. This custom botanical tie-back hook was designed as an artistic accent, handcrafted to enhance the drapery’s elegant flow.

Integrated through a custom buttonhole system, it rests seamlessly against the pleats, adding a hint of metallic contrast and sculptural beauty.

This touch of nature-inspired detailing captures the essence of Minamalista Decor  thoughtful, intentional, and exquisitely crafted.

The result is a layered symphony of texture, tone, and craftsmanship — where every element, from the velvet’s shimmer to the pleat’s precision, contributes to an atmosphere of quiet luxury.
