Refund policy
At Minamalista Decor, each piece is thoughtfully designed and carefully finished to elevate refined, intentional homes. We take great care in ensuring every order meets our quality standards.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to consider returns under the following conditions:
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Products must be free from marks, stains, odours, or signs of use
- Original packaging must be intact
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs.
Custom and bespoke items including made to-
order cushions, curtains, and Roman blinds are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
For hygiene and quality reasons, items that do not meet the above conditions cannot be accepted.
