Processing Time
- Ready-to-ship cushion orders are processed within 3–5 business days
- Custom and bespoke items (including curtains and Roman blinds) require additional production time, which will be communicated at the time of order
Delivery Time
- Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method
- Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where applicable
Shipping Fees
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order size and delivery location
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
